Typing quirks that the Avengers would probably have (Part 1)
Tony: He would probably be immaculate with his grammar and spelling due to his intelligence and familiarity with technology. However, I get the feeling he would overuse smileys, especially ;) or :P, and ESPECIALLY if the recipient is female.
Ex: (Recipient: Thor) So, enjoying the real world? :P Just be sure you’re back by 6 PM for briefing.
Ex: (Recipent: Natasha) Hey ;) What’s up? I’m just checking up on all the Avengers and decided to hit you up first :P Are you busy tonight, by any chance?

Steve: I think he would probably treat a keyboard like a typewriter, so he would just make a lot of mistakes because his fingers didn’t hit the right buttons. I think he would also use smileys in a very forced way, because he’s unfamiliar with them, but has been convinced he should apply them to his texts.
Ex: (Recipient: Tony) Hhye Tyon. I wass just wonnderign iff we haev a misssion tonihgt. I wnatted to see the nwe vversioon of Kign Knog. :D
Thor: He would obviously type the way he speaks, but I think he’d make tiny, natural mistakes often, and just not care enough to correct them. I don’t think he’d use smileys.
Ex: (Recipient: Bruce) Yonder Hulk, we hav happened upon a new villain that we must defeat wit haste. You’re strength would be very useful in combat, so I implore you to make hast toward our location!
